For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider requires you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The Application collects this data when you download, register, subscribe, and use it. This information includes:

• Account Profile Data: Email address, display name, phone number, and profile photo.
• Location Data: Precise geolocation and business addresses provided by service listings.
• Technical Identifiers: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, operating system version, and usage metrics (such as the time, date, and duration spent on pages within the Application).
• User-Generated Content: Reviews, ratings, text, and photos uploaded directly to the platform by users.

The Application collects your device's precise geolocation to provide core local marketplace features. This data is used in the following ways:

The Service Provider may use your provided contact info to distribute vital account warnings, required administrative notices, and occasional marketing promotions.

To facilitate secure backend transactions, subscriptions, and app optimization, the Service Provider routes data to essential third-party platforms. These integrations maintain their own independent privacy compliance rules:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or strict regulatory process;
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is vital to protect community safety, defend proprietary rights, investigate platform fraud, or answer explicit government requests;
• With trusted data processing infrastructure partners who work on their behalf, hold no independent right to use the data, and explicitly adhere to the confidentiality terms outlined here.

You can halt all data accumulation by simply uninstalling the platform via standard device marketplace deletion procedures.

Account Erasure: Users maintain the right to completely wipe their account profile at any time. You can initiate instant erasure via the settings layout inside the Application, or by emailing a formal deletion request directly to duskenterprise.team@gmail.com. Upon receipt, active server records, user-generated images, and personal account linkages will be permanently scrubbed or anonymized within a reasonable window, unless retained under legally binding compliance mandates.

The Service Provider retains your submitted data for as long as your account profile remains active on the Application and for a minimal cooling period thereafter to allow for account recovery.

The Application does not intentionally market to or collect data from minors under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has submitted account identifiers, photos, or location records, those blocks are instantly expunged from the active database. Dusk Enterprise implements industry-standard physical, electronic, and programmatic controls designed to safeguard the absolute confidentiality of your marketplace profile, location histories, and uploaded media files.

This document may change periodically to mirror new structural updates or app store laws. Any adjustments will be transparently logged directly on this page. Ongoing interaction with the platform implies consent to the active privacy version posted.
